The ET Seminar & Exposition is the world's longest running educational event devoted to all
facets of the aluminum extrusion industry—including aluminum profile production, die design and technology, metallurgy, equipment, and product applications.

Do not e-mail your form with credit card information. For your protection, all credit card information should be sent by fax. You may also mail your payment. Any registration forms sent via e-mail will not be processed and will be deleted.

*Team discount:
Companies sending five or more delegates will qualify for the Team Discount. All registrations
and payment must be sent together. If cancellation occurs and fewer than five delegates attend,
the appropriate fee will be charged. Discount applies to ET ’12 registrations only. Delegate
substitutions may be made at any time. Team registration expires May 1, 2012.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Registration Fees will be refunded only if written notice is received on or before April 16, 2012. A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund. No refunds will be given for registrations received after April 16, 2012. Delegate substitutions may be made at any time. Payment must accompany form; registrations
cannot be processed until funds are received in full. Invoicing is not available.
