What to bring to ET:

• ET-In-Your-Pocket USB drive (will be sent to registered delegates prior to ET '08)
• ET '08 schedule with events and sessions that you plan to attend noted
• Business cards to hand out at networking events
• Pen for writing down important contacts, notes, etc.
• Comfortable shoes for walking from session to session
• US currency or credit/debit card for ATM machine for those snacks and meals not included in ET '08 registration, books, entertainment, and other miscellaneous needs.

What meals are included with ET '08 registration?

Breakfast will be served Wednesday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:45am in the Gainesville/Naples rooms with additional seating available in the Osceola Foyer. Lunch will be served Wednesday and Thursday from 11:30am until 1:15pm in the ET Expo Hall. Social hour will take place on Thursday from 5:00 - 6:00pm in the nETworking Lounge in the Emerald Plaza and will have appetizers and a cash bar. Your ET badge is required for admittance to any of these events.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

How do I get from the airport to Gaylord Palms?

Do I need a passport if I don't live in the United States?

   Most likely yes; see the visa page within the travel section of this website.

How long does it take to go through customs?

   It varies; there is no way to determine how long.

Will I be able to exchange Euros for dollars or somehow get cash in US currency?

   Yes. There is a currency exchange at the Orlando International Airport. Also, there is an ATM machine at Gaylord Palms hotel for which you will need to use your credit/debit card to get cash in US currency.

Will there be translation services?

   No.

Will I be able to get a bound printed copy of the Proceedings?

   Yes; paid full delegates will be invited to order a copy of the printed Proceedings in advance of ET '08; there will also be copies available for purchase at ET (cash/credit-card-and-carry only; no shipping).
