ET '12 Registration Now Open
Abstracts Available to View Online
(Wauconda, Illinois; November 17, 2011) Registration is now open for ET '12—the Tenth International Aluminum Extrusion Technology Seminar and Exposition—scheduled for May 15 through 18, 2012 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Resort in Miami, Florida. The event is expected to attract 1,300 or more aluminum extrusion industry professionals from around the world who come to ET for the high level of technical exchange and opportunities to connect with industry peers. Over the course of more than 40 years, the ET Seminars have earned a reputation of quality and commitment to excellence that is highly respected in the aluminum extrusion industry. ET ’12 will combine more than 100 technical seminars on the latest aluminum extrusion research, in-conjunction workshops and courses from aluminum industry organizations, ET Expo highlighting products and services from industry suppliers, and networking events to create a comprehensive aluminum extrusion industry event. To accommodate the global audience, the ET Foundation has set up registration online at www.ET12.org. In addition, a registration form that can be downloaded and printed also is available. Early and team registration discounts are being offered, saving delegates hundreds of dollars over standard registration fees. Registrants are encouraged to take advantage of the discounts on or before March 30, 2012. The team discount deadline expires May 1, 2012.
The ET Seminar Committee, which oversees the development of the ET Seminar program, is reviewing manuscripts for inclusion in the ET ’12 program. ET ’12 will feature more than 100 technical seminars on the latest aluminum extrusion research covering virtually every aspect of the aluminum extrusion industry—from profile production to management issues and beyond.
Nearly 140 abstracts for technical papers have been submitted for consideration by prospective authors. Authors whose abstracts have been accepted are now preparing their final manuscripts for submittal. Once the papers have been received they will be evaluated by a team of industry professionals.
